What to recycle
All you need to know about the materials you collect in each drawer of your eco-bin, and why we need to recycle materials in different ways.
Cooked waste
Includes cooked food, dairy products, meat and fish. Place cooked waste in the biodegradable bags provided. Cooked waste should be composted in a wormery or sealed composter to prevent odours and vermin. Some councils collect cooked waste to produce heat, power and fertiliser.
